Everglades Club Owners,

There will be (another!) board meeting at the Clark Center on Wednesday at 9 a.m.

The primary purpose of the meeting will be to receive a presentation by a landscaper with whom the grounds committee is particularly impressed.

He will share his thoughts / proposals regarding work that could be done to enhance our courtyard through the addition of pavers and other work.

I believe he will present a schematic depicting his proposals. The committee would like to undertake this project this summer.

We will also further discuss painting the building. The committee has applied 3 more swatches of brown colored paints to the exterior wall at the southwest tunnel to 12th Ave. If you are on premises, you may want to study these samples before attending the meeting.

If available, you are encouraged to join us on Wednesday.
